AJJ Transportation LLC Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms:

By booking our Nashville limo services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. Definitions:

"Service" refers to the transportation provided by our Nashville limo company.

"Client" refers to any person or entity that contracts our services.

3. Reservations and Payments:

Full payment is required to confirm your reservation.

Final payment must be made at least 24 hours prior to service.

Prices may vary based on season and availability.

4. Cancellations and Refunds:

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel more than 24 hours in advance, 100% of your deposit will be refunded. No refunds are accepted for cancellations made within 24 hours of service.

5. Liability:

The company is not responsible for damages or losses caused by unforeseen events or events beyond our control, including but not limited to adverse weather conditions, traffic, or mechanical failures.

6. Safety and Conduct:

Customers must follow the instructions of company personnel.

Smoking and illegal drugs are prohibited inside our fleet vehicles.

7. Applicable Law:

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, and any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Nashville, Tennessee.
